Common questions about AI integration
What happens to our data?
We choose the model with you: an API that contractually excludes training on your data, hosting in the European Union, or an open-source model on your own infrastructure. The AI only sees documents the user is allowed to access, and every request is logged. When personal data is involved, a GDPR data processing agreement covers the project.
RAG or fine-tuning?
To answer from your documents, we start with RAG: the system retrieves the relevant passages and answers with citations. Fine-tuning mostly enforces a format or tone; it doesn’t reliably teach facts that change.
How do you know the AI is right?
Before go-live, we build with you a set of real questions and their expected answers. Accuracy, citations, response time and cost per request are measured, then re-measured after every change.
What does an AI feature cost?
From €16,000 excl. VAT in our grid; a knowledge assistant built into an existing tool costs €19,000 to €40,000 excl. VAT, excluding model usage costs. Indicative amounts: we agree on the final price together after reviewing your project.
