Where does the assistant’s estimate come from?
From a scope and cost grid set by the team. Hermine, our AI assistant, reads your description and asks the questions; the grid calculates the range. It is a guide, not a quote: we agree on the final price together after reviewing your project, in a written quote.
What happens after I send it?
The team reads your project and replies in writing within one business day, with questions or a scoping proposal. A call only happens if it helps.
Do I need a specification?
No. Two sentences are enough to start; we ask the questions that change the price.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. It is only used to reply to you, and we sign an NDA if you wish.
